What you'll do...
- Assist clients in enhancing their daily living skills and achieving greater independence.
- Collaborate with a dedicated team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on best practices and client needs.
- Document and track client progress through our mobile app.
What we're looking for...

- Excellent communication skills and a genuine desire to support the well-being of vulnerable community members.
- Availability to commit to regular shifts on an ongoing roster.
- A valid driver’s license is preferred but not essential.
- Must possess current certifications in First Aid, CPR, and relevant background checks (e.g., NDIS Worker Screening Check, Police Check).
